OUR STORY
“I began my journey in the construction industry in 1995, stepping into the world of concrete forming with Structform International Ltd. It was there, on busy job sites and among seasoned builders, that I learned the fundamentals of the trade. The early years were rooted in old-school lessons — hands-on craftsmanship, working shoulder to shoulder with experienced formworkers, and understanding that quality comes from discipline, pride, and attention to detail.”
“Over the course of 30 years, I had the opportunity to work in many capacities and on a wide range of projects, from small foundations to major high-rise and institutional developments. These experiences taught me that while technology and systems evolve, the core principles of the industry never change- build it right, build it safely, and respect the people you work with.”
As the forming industry advanced, I learned how to carry those old-school lessons into modern construction technology — from traditional formwork methods to sophisticated fly systems, engineered shoring, and digital layout tools. The combination of past experience and modern innovation has become a major part of how our team operates today. It’s this blend of craftsmanship and technology that allows us to deliver exceptional results on today’s complex builds.
